We understand the beauty of working remotely, but we’re not naive to its very specific challenges. To ensure our team is always responsive to your needs, we operate on Central Standard Time.
Official business hours and when we reply to client emails, tasks, and meetings are Monday through Friday 8am – 4pm Central Standard Time.
We take off all US national holidays and we’ll remind you of any upcoming holidays at the beginning of each month.
We adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. All documentation sent to us will be returned upon completion + payment. We take your confidentiality very seriously. If we need to use your credit card, we will shred the info after one use.
All time spent on your projects and tasks are tracked using time tracking software. We send you weekly progress reports keeping you updated on how your hours are being utilized by our team.
To safely exchange passwords, we use Lastpass. We ask that our clients set up an account so that they can securely share their passwords with us.
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. In the event that you need to change or cancel a scheduled meeting, we require 24-hour notice. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well.
